We needed a home inspection on short notice and Blas agreed to our inspection despite it being outside of Lake County! We lucked out because Blas was great. He brought all of his equipment including a drone to visualize the roof as well as a scope to see into hard to reach places. He explained everything, pointed out the issues of most concern, answered all my questions. Both Blas & Bee were professional yet so personable. Would very much use B.C. Home Inspections again. Highly recommend.
